1.0 -> 1.1 Changelog:
- (PDF and LCP) Cluster Bomblet Dispenser gains Reliable 3 (seemed to slightly underperform weapons in a similar category; this also helps its fluff)
- (LCP) Curtain Call and Spearfish System appearances in Comp/Con adjusted to fit more neatly with first-party licenses in visual appearance
- (LCP) Curtain Call now correctly has the Unique tag
